Important Note: In order fill out a blank bill, please download the format first or the else entire document layout is thrown off.

Important notes:
~ There is a new section in the bill entitled “Learning Outcomes”. This section is designed to help AS&F, clubs reps, senators, and the university gain a fuller understanding of funding requests. These are based on the CAS learning outcomes and are explained in detail in the CAS Learning and Development Outcomes document.
~ (If appropriate) do not forget to attach an event or travel funding request form to your bill.
