Job description:

• Oversees and coordinates the actions of all officially established standing committees or any additional homecoming committees
• Reports to Executive Officers on committee activities
• Leads the Public Relations Committee
• Researches marketing and branding campaigns for the Public Relations Committee
• Assists the President in the conduct of his duties, and in the absence of the President, assumes his duties and responsibilities
• Chairs the Presidents Council. This council is made up of the presidents or appointed representatives of all ASU organizations
• Acts as the only voting member of the AS&F government in the case of a tie on any motion, resolution, or appointment
• Maintains club points
• Oversees use of Presence by clubs and organizations
• Oversees the Public Relations committee and works with social media coordinator of CoRE
• Coordinates and collaborates on Multicultural events across campus
• 6 office hours per week, spread over 3 days
• Required to attend all meetings (unless excused by President and Chief Justice)
