Requirements for a Senator
- All Senators shall have attained a cumulative scholastic grade point average of not lower than 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, through and including the semester previous to the election. Cumulative grade point averages of 2.0 must be maintained to retain Senate seats
- Attend Every AS&F Meeting
- Serve on AS&F committees
- Represent Students and bring concerns to the body
- Represent your respective Department at the AS&F meeting
- Represent all clubs and organizations within the Department
- Make announcements about what’s going in the department at the meeting and around campus
- Report back to the department
- Talk with students within the department and address any concerns they may have on an issue
