Job description:
— Oversees and coordinates the actions of all officially established standing committees or any ad hoc committees
— Reports to Executive Officers on committee activities
— Leads the Public Relations Committee
— Researches marketing and branding campaigns for the Public Relations Committee
— Assists the President in the conduct of his duties, and in the absence of the President, assumes his duties and responsibilities
— Chairs the Presidents Council. This council is made up of the presidents or appointed representatives of all ASU organizations
— Acts as the only voting member of the AS&F government in the case of a tie on any motion, resolution, or appointment
— Maintains club records and other pertinent information
— Keeps Portal, website, and Facebook information current
