Thursday, October 16: 8am – 5pm
Friday, October 17: 8am – 5pm
Saturday, October 18: Closed
Normal hours will resume on Sunday, October 19.

Library closed Labor Day Weekend
The Nielsen Library will be closed Saturday – Monday for Labor Day Weekend. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday. Enjoy your long weekend!
New Research Guides for Fall
We recently went live with a major update to our Research Guides. The content is the same, but it looks better, it’s mobile friendly, and it’s easier to navigate and search.

Library Closed Friday, August 15
The Nielsen Library will be closed Friday, August 15 for a staff development day. We will reopen on Monday, August 18.
Prospector Down Tuesday Evening
Prospector will be down on Tuesday, August 12, beginning at 5pm. Services should be fully restored by Wednesday morning.
Intersession Library Hours
Between now and August 24 the Nielsen Library will be open 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Second Floor Computer Lab
The second floor computer lab has reopened, complete with a brand new color printer!
Computer Lab Update
For the next 3 weeks the library’s first floor computer lab will be reserved for Summer Scholars MTRF 8am-5pm.
The second floor computer lab is still closed while new computers are being installed.
We will let you know as soon as the second floor lab is reopened, but until then we recommend using one of the other labs on campus or checking out a laptop from the Circulation Desk.

Independence Day Hours
The Nielsen Library will be closing at 5pm on Thursday, July 3 and will be closed July 4 and 5.
MacBook Power Adapter Now Available
The Nielsen Library now has an 85W MagSafe Power Adapter for MacBooks available for checkout at the Circulation Desk. The charger can be checked out for 2 hours and must be used in the library.
