***Banner PROD Downtime for Saturday, 5/4***
Beginning at 7:00 AM MT Saturday, May 4th, and lasting until approximately 12:00 noon MST, the Banner Production environment will be unavailable while Financial Aid updates for the loan processing process are deployed. During this time, ALL Banner PROD services will be unavailable, including Banner Admin, Self-Service, Web-Services, and School Services, etc.
***Workday Downtime for Friday, 5/3 through Saturday, 5/4***
Due to quarterly planned maintenance, non-production Workday tenants will be unavailable this week as follows:
- Sandbox, Sandbox Preview, and Implementation tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 16 hours beginning Friday, May 3rd at 7:00 PM MT to Saturday, May 4th at 11:00 AM MT.

April 25th, 2024 — Announcement, Maintenance Announcements
***Computing Services Maintenance for Thursday, 4/25***
Beginning at 9:00 PM MT this evening, we will be installing April updates on all Windows production servers. During the installation of these updates, users will experience intermittent outages (5-15 minutes) and brief interruptions to network services as systems reboot.
***Workday Downtime for Friday, 4/26 through Saturday, 4/27***
Due to regular weekly planned maintenance, the Workday tenants will be unavailable as follows:
- The Production tenant will be unavailable for a maximum of 3 hours beginning Friday, April 26th at 12:00 AM MT to Saturday, April 27th at 3:00 AM MT.
- Non-Production tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 12 hours beginning Friday, April 26th at 5:00 PM MT to Saturday, April 27th at 5:00 AM MT.
- Additionally, the Sandbox tenant will not be refreshed on Friday, April 26th.

Beginning at 9:00 PM MT tomorrow evening, we will be installing April Microsoft Windows updates to all Windows-based systems, including employee, lab and TEC Classroom computers. These patches will force a reboot, so please log off and leave your computers on at the end of your work day Thursday to assist with installation.

Due to monthly planned maintenance, Workday tenants will be unavailable this week as follows:
- Production tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 7 hours from Friday, April 19th, 12:00 AM midnight MT to Saturday, April 20th at 7:00 AM MT.

***Computing Services Maintenance for Sunday, 2/18***
Beginning at 1:00 PM MT on Sunday afternoon, February 18th, we will be updating the core routing firmware, which will cause a brief outage for the High rise dorms, Coronado Hall, Girault Hall, Nielsen Library, and the Computing services building. During this work, users will experience intermittent outages (5-10 minutes) and brief interruptions to network services as systems reboot.
