Computing Services has several maintenance activities scheduled this week (November 16-18, 2023). See below for details:
***Computing Services Maintenance for Thursday, 11/16***
Beginning at 9:00 PM MT Thursday evening, Computing Services will be installing November 2023 Microsoft patches/updates to our test systems for future deployment. We anticipate no impact for client-facing systems.
***Banner PROD Downtime for Thursday, 11/16 through Friday, 11/17***
Beginning at 9:00 PM MT Thursday, 11/16, the Banner production environment will be unavailable until approximately 2:00 AM MT Friday morning while Oracle PSU 3rd Quarter updates are deployed. During this time, ALL Banner PROD services will be unavailable, including Banner Admin, Self-Service, Web-Services, and School Services, etc.
***Workday Downtime for Friday, 11/17 through Saturday, 11/18***
Due to monthly planned maintenance, Workday tenants will be unavailable this week as follows:
- Production tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 7 hours from Friday, November 17th, 12:00 AM midnight MT to Saturday, November 18th at 7:00 AM MT.
- Sandbox, Sandbox Preview, and Implementation tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 12 hours beginning Friday, November 17th 7:00 PM MT to Saturday, November 18th at 7:00 AM MT.
***Banner PROD Downtime for Saturday, 11/18***
Beginning at 7:00 AM MT Saturday, 11/18, and lasting until approximately 10:00 AM, the Banner Production environment will be unavailable while 3rd Quarter updates are deployed. During this time, ALL Banner PROD services will be unavailable, including Banner Admin, Self-Service, Web-Services, and School Services, etc.
