CS Maintenance for tonight (1/25), Banner Upgrades this weekend and EverFi Data Security and Privacy Training

**Thursday Night Maintenance**

Beginning at 9:00 PM, we will be installing Windows Updates to all PCs on campus. Users are encouraged to log off but leave their computers on when leaving work today to assist in the installation of these patches.

Also beginning at 9:00 PM, there will be brief interruptions to several back-end systems and services as we perform reboots as part of the patching and maintenance process. There should be very minimal impact to campus users at this time.

**Banner Maintenance this weekend**

Beginning at 2:00 AM on Saturday, and lasting until approximately 6:00 PM, PROD Banner will be down for the required 4th Quarter updates to the Banner system. During this time, ALL Banner services will be unavailable. If you have any questions or concerns with this maintenance activity, please contact our Helpdesk at 7741.

**EverFi Data Security & Privacy Training**

In collaboration with Kari Allen in the President’s Office, ASU sent out invitations to the mandatory Data Security and Privacy Training for all employees. We have received questions asking if this is legitimate. This is a legitimate training that needs to be taken by all employees, and we appreciate the campus’s watchful eye on ensuring that this is legitimate. If you have any questions, you can always call the Computing Services Helpdesk at 7741 or email us at computingservices@adams.edu to verify these types of things.

Computing Services thanks you for your patience and understanding as we perform these critical maintenance activities. As always, if you have any questions, please call the ASU Computing Services Helpdesk at 7741 or contact us via email at computingservices@adams.edu

Have a great day,

Computing Services
