Computing Services Maintenance for today, Thursday, May 19, 2016

Beginning at 9:00 PM, Employee, lab and TEC Classroom PCs will receive critical security updates to Acrobat, Flash, Reader, Shockwave, Chrome, Firefox, Thunderbird, VLC, Windows, and Office. Employees are encouraged to log off but leave their computers on when leaving work for the day. This will assist the installation of these patches and minimize any impact.

Also beginning at 9:00 PM, ALL Banner systems will be unavailable until around midnight. This is required for a major configuration change and updates to Oracle.

Lastly, at 9:00 we will be applying critical security patches to the campus file server and CS Helpdesk system. There will be about 15-20 minutes in which home and shared directories will not be accessible as the system reboots.

Computing Services thanks you for your patience and understanding as we perform these critical maintenance activities. As always, if you have any questions, please call the ASU Computing Services Helpdesk at 7741 or contact us via email at computingservices@adams.edu

Have a great day!
