Computing Services Maintenance for this Thursday (8/10) and Banner Maintenance Saturday (8/12)

With the beginning of the semester fast approaching, Computing Services has a significant amount of maintenance we must complete this week. Below are all of the maintenance activities taking place this week:

**Thursday Night Maintenance Activities**

Beginning at 6:00 PM, we will be performing upgrades to the PaperCut and WebPrint systems. This will not affect services for our customers.

Beginning at 9:00, we will be installing Mac and Windows patches to all TECs, Lab and employee computers. Employees are encouraged to log off but leave their computers on to assist in the installation of these patches and minimize impact.

Also beginning at 9:00 PM, there will be various brief interruptions to several back-end systems as we install critical patches. The campus file server will be unavailable for roughly 30 minutes during this time.

***Banner PROD down for critical updates starting this Saturday, August 12th at 7:00 AM***

The Production Banner Database will be down starting at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning and lasting until around 10:00 AM as we install critical Oracle security updates. During this time, ALL Production Banner services will be unavailable.

Computing Services thanks you for your patience and understanding as we perform these critical maintenance activities. As always, if you have any questions, please call the ASU Computing Services Helpdesk at 7741 or contact us via email at computingservices@adams.edu

Have a great day!
