Hard Work and Passion is the Key to Success

Many disciplines across cultures have several tenants they abide by to live a healthy, happy life. So here are some tips that can help you maintain an optimal quality of life for minimal cost. Just for today, do not worry, do not get angry, be kind, be grateful, and work hard.
Forming healthy habits is one of the best ways to avoid worry. If you keep a daily routine of hygiene, exercise, and laughing, you’ll have no problem keeping those worries away. The World Health Organization recently found a contagion that is healthy. It is one of the only contagions that people are encouraged to spread to others. This contagion is a smile. If you smile you wont need to worry about what others think about you. Not to mention that it gives a great first impression and can help others to improve their mood. Just for today do not worry, instead just smile.
Anger has been the only emotion that men were allowed to express for a long time. This has since changed with our more androgynous culture. The emotion of anger can kill. According to traditional Chinese medicine, anger is an emotion processed by the liver. Too much anger and you start to experience liver related malfunctions.
The liver is also highly involved in the processing of alcohol consumption. Ever heard of the bar brawl stemming from unnecessary anger? Keep anger under control and laugh instead. It will impress your admirers and confuse your enemies. Not to mention that laughing builds your immune system and replenishes the body, mind, and spirit. Just for today do not get angry, laugh instead.
Kindness. Just think of the martial arts masters who were so kind as to not even hurt a fly. This state of being is radiated as self-confidence and builds veneration from others. How can you show kindness you might ask? Well, the best way is to be of service to others. Volunteer. get involved with organizations and clubs that suit your morals and ethics. Research shows that people who offer selfless service to others tend to live happier, healthier, longer lives than their bitter counterparts. Challenge yourself to offer your kind service to at least one person at least once a day. Just for today be kind.
Gratitude. The best way for others to feel appreciated is to give thanks. Here in the United States we have even declared a national holiday in honor of this virtue, Thanksgiving. Positive psychology has done much research showing that an attitude of gratitude has profound effects on physiology. It can boost the immune system and help balance the chemical systems. All religions talk about this topic as a way to create true peace within and happiness in your circle of influence. So be grateful and give thanks for all the blessings you are gifted. Just for today be grateful.
Work hard. Being passionate about what you do is a success habit. Every venerated leader throughout history has worked hard. They loved what they were doing and did it with passion and compassion. They made their play into work and work into play. Find at least one thing you love to do. One thing that you become so absorbed in that you loose track of time and space. Find that one thing and turn that into your life mission. Just for today work hard!
