The following maintenance activities will take place during our normally schedule maintenance window beginning at 9 PM:
- Security updates will be installed on the campus DNS servers, which requires the servers to be restarted. No noticeable impact to users is anticipated.
- All Employee computers will receive upgrades to Firefox version 10, Thunderbird version 10, and a plugin for the campus BDMS system. Employees are encouraged to leave their computers turned on, but to log off when leaving work for the day. This will assist with the installation process and ensures that the process can run before employees return to work on Friday.
- As a reminder, the campus voice mail system will be down next Tuesday, February 21st from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM for a hardware and software upgrade. Employees are urged to clean out old voice mails before Monday to minimize the amount of data that will be transferred into the new system.
