□ Request a recommendation from a teacher or administrator:
- Recommendation Form
□ Provide proof of income
- Email a copy of your parent’s income verification to asuupwardbound@adams.edu
- Mail a copy to 208 Edgemont Blvd. Suite 2170, Alamosa, CO 81101
□ Complete and turn in all application materials.
□ Call 719-587-7865 to RSVP for the UB Recruitment day and Interview on March 10, 2018
