Adams State College’s Saturday night Hawaiian Night basketball games will be televised on a tape-delay basis by KSPK, station general manager Paul Richards and ASC Athletic Offices have announced.
The Grizzlies’ Feb. 19 games against Colorado Mines, will also be aired.
Veteran broadcaster Dan Karcher, the play-by-play radio voice of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox will handle play-by-play duties while KSPK Sports Director Bryant Johnson, the normal radio voice of the Grizzlies, will provide color commentary, for both doubleheaders.
Saturday’s women’s game against the Skyhawks will tip-off at 6 p.m. with the men’s to follow at approximately 8 p.m. Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite Hawaiian gear.
