The Adams State University LatinX Caucus strives to foster equitable relationships between its members and constituents within the Adams State University campus; our mission is to advocate for the recruitment, retention, advancement, promotion, and success of a diverse faculty, staff and administration, encouraging and fostering their ability to become full and equitable contributors on the Adams State University campus as well as the greater San Luis Valley.  In addition, we endeavor to effect meaningful policy change, through insightful and timely recommendations, which contribute to the aforementioned objectives, while diligently working toward a more equitable campus where the demographics of our student body are more realistically represented in our administration, faculty, classified and exempt employees.
