Empower U’s mission is to empower members of the Adams State University community to improve lifelong wellness by increasing opportunities for healthy eating, physical activity, and mental health.

Vision:

Adams State University is a leader in rural higher education for wellness through the Empower U initiatives. Empower U’s mission will be realized through holistic education, lifelong wellness, and advocating for environmental and policy changes.
