***Computing Services Maintenance for Thursday, 11/20***
Beginning at 9:00 PM MT tomorrow evening, we will be installing November Microsoft Windows updates to all Windows-based systems, including employee, lab and TEC Classroom computers. These patches will force a reboot, so please log off and leave your computers on at the end of your work day tomorrow to assist with installation.
Also beginning at 9:00 PM MT Thursday evening, we will be installing November updates on all Windows production servers. During the installation of these updates, users will experience intermittent outages (5-15 minutes) and brief interruptions to network services as systems reboot.
***Workday Downtime for Friday, 11/21 through Saturday, 11/22***
Due to monthly planned maintenance, Workday tenants will be unavailable this week as follows:
-Production tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 7 hours on Saturday, November 22nd, 12:00-7:00 AM MT.
-Sandbox, Sandbox Preview, and Implementation tenants will be unavailable for a maximum of 12 hours beginning Friday, November 21st at 7:00 PM MT to Saturday, November 22nd at 7:00 AM MT.
***Computing Services Maintenance for Tuesday, 11/25***
Beginning at 5:00 PM MT next Tuesday, we will be updating PaperCut, the institution’s print management software. All print services will be down for approximately 1 hour while this maintenance is performed.
