The men’s basketball team came away with an important victory over the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) on Friday. UCCS entered the game ranked 15 overall, boasting a 19-3 season record. However, the Grizzlies were able to overpower UCCS by a final score of 88-75. On Saturday, the Grizzlies gave an exciting show for Valentine’s Day against Colorado State University-Pueblo. A comeback late in the game put the Grizzlies within range to strike However, their efforts fell just short and CSU-Pueblo scraped by with a 79-77 victory. This weekend, the Grizzlies host Regis on Friday night for Hawaiian Night. Fans are encouraged to come in their best Hawaiian-inspired gear. Best dressed fans have the chance to win free pizza! On Saturday, ASU faces Metro for their final home contest of the season and Senior Night.
