The High Altitude Center will be offering a college level class that will go into the benefits of high altitude training and also how to train at altitude.  The class is a 2 credit class and students will receive college level credit.

Class fees include: The costs listed above also include  housing, so there is not an extra fee for housing.

Deposit: In order to secure your reservation  a $200  deposit is required.

The session will cover different aspects of altitude training.  The class will meet 3 times a week and once a week the class will travel to various mountains in the area to experience running in the mountains (Transportation provided).  Two of the class sessions will be a lecture.  Training advice will be given for runs everyday.  Athletes will be forming groups to run with or athletes can run on their own.

Class size is limited to only 50 students this summer and it will be first come first serve.  You must be graduated from high school in order to participate.Embark in an elite experience and  come to train at 7,544ft above sea level. Hope to see you here in the summer.
