Grizzly Club membership has new benefits

The Adams State College Grizzly Club is starting its individual membership drive for this academic year and is calling on all interested supporters of the Grizzly athletic programs to join.

Membership levels range from $200 to $1,000 and above and include numerous benefits, including all-sport and recreation passes, parking passes, promotional gifts, invitations to social functions and a gift certificate to the ASC Bookstore.

The opportunity to purchase reserved football season tickets is also a new benefit to club members this year, and Grizzly fans have the option to choose their own seat for all five home football games for just $75 per seat.

Club members taking advantage of this option should contact athletic department administrative assistant Dianne Lee, ext. 7401.

Membership forms can also be obtained through Lee or on the Grizzlies’ official website.

AS&F members and ASC employees, who can choose to have their membership dues deducted from their monthly payroll, also receive a $50 credit towards any membership level, making joining easy and even more affordable.

Potential members should also note that a portion of their membership dues are tax deductible and are managed by the Adams State College Foundation, which is a non-profit charitable foundation organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Grizzly Club is Adams State’s primary booster club, made up of alumni and friends who serve the college through their interest in intercollegiate athletics. The club annually contributes well over $130,000 towards grant-in-aid scholarships for student-athletes.
