ASU celebrates Women’s Week

March 3-8

Sociology majorĀ Tori Vigil has organized a week of events in celebration of Women’s Week. She said the idea began with wanting “to simply show the film Miss Representation to the community. It quickly grew from there, because of the shared passion regarding the betterment, equality, and growth of women by the staff, professors, and students at ASU.”

The week includes showings of two films, a variety of presentations by faculty, a poetry slam, the Tunnel of Oppression, and International Women’s Day presentations.
