So this morning I’m working on a debate project for Dr. Centeno’s U.S. Latin American Relations class. I was trying to find credible sources to cite in a debate on whether or not democracy is threatened by social unrest in Latin america. I found some really good articles, but couldn’t read the whole article unless I subscribed to them. At first I thought “no biggie I’ll give them my email so I can continue to read the article”, then I realized you had to pay. Why should we have to pay to read an article online??? Foreign Policy is a awesome magazine, but I don’t want to subscribe to it right now
