Human Performance Lab offers fitness testing to community members
The Adam State University Human Performance and Physical Education Department’s Human Performance Lab opens it’s doors to the San Luis Valley Community for a variety of fitness tests at affordable prices. Dr. Tracey Robinson, professor of HPPE, alongside graduate assistant’s Maria Martinez, David Sheppard, and Alex Jordan will conduct fitness tests every Thursday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Fitness testing is by appointment only.
Fitness tests available include VO2 Max ($50); Wingate anaerobic power test $10; FitnessAge ($10); and body composition measurements for ($5). Individualized fitness programming is an additional $10.
