So I wanted to do another blog since I miss writing about ASC and about what I do for fun.

So Since I have been back home I started to work at Rio Rancho Meats cutting meat moved out of my house into my aunties house since she has a bedroom open there away from everybody so I basicly have half the house to myself along with a pool that i can swim in whenever i want, grill the same thing and come and go as a I please so its basicly having my own place and I am paying her 100 a month in rent so it works.  I also got fired for fighting one of my coworkers so I am currently looking for a new job.  My laptop also doesn’t work anymore the motherboard is fried so once I get a new job I’ll get me one.  At the moment im at my grandpa’s using his.  Also as many of my readers know I am transfering to a Community college in the fall let me tell you not the smartest thing some times because not all of your credits transfer only 12 credits did out of about 30 credits so it sucks.  And all of the classes I took for business did not transfer which is not fun either!!!  Anyways I just wanted to give you a rundown on what has happend so far in the 2.5 weeks i have been home so far.

Your native New Mexican,

Alright so Friday I leave for Albuquerque to go back home till I get my Associates At the community college I am going too.  I’m going to be sad to leave because I love it here so much, but my family comes first when they need something I will do it to the best of my ability.   I want to give a couple shout outs to professors, staff and a club.  So first of all there is Michelle Romero who allows me to blog for the school so if you want to blog go talk to her!  She is our blogging mamma and will always help us with anything she is amazing and I will miss her. Shirley who is the campus minister who has been there for me when I needed someone to talk to or just someone to sit down and chat with in between classes. she is also amazing,  Dr. Linda Reid she is my advisor, professor and my friend.  She is amazing person who I know for a fact I’m going to stay talking too on facebook since she’s my friend on there.  Last but not least I want to give a shut out to GAB and all my friends I made while in GAB they are amazing people who you can hang out with and also a smokers case smoke a cigarette with before events, before meetings, after meetings before classes anything there all great people to be around.   As this week comes to an end and finals are ending its going to be rough leaving but you know what I will be here to visit whenever I can.  If you want to stay in touch with me or have any questions you can send me an email at santillanesaa@aol.com.  I’ll me more then happy to talk to any one.

Wish everyone best in college and in life and thank you for reading my blogs this year.

So me being the nice grandson I am and since I lived with my Grandpa my whole life.  I decided to call him and see what is going on back at home and to let him now how I’m doing.  First time I have talked to him since Easter weekend.  First thing he asked when I was on the phone with him was if I was going to be transfering to the University of New Mexico(UNM) or CNM which is a community college, They are both located in Albuquerque.  I didn’t go to either one of those colleges because I wanted to be away from home for a year’s. I know he misses me and all since I was like his son  but seriously He know’s why I chose to come here over UNM and CNM.  I prefer being out here then down at home.    My Grandpa is amazing though, he is such a smart ass all the time and is always having a good time no matter what.  I do miss him but I do not miss being in ABQ its too hot for me and too close to home where I can go if I need something. Its better being away from home and to be more independent then you can being that close to home where you can run if trouble comes about.   ASC is an amazing school and Alamosa is a great place to be I think!

Have a Grizzly Great day!

So I am at home right now since yesterday and let me tell you its been good so far. went to the last supper mass last night at my church(which was amazing). I came home watched some auctions. I’m trying to get a new laptop off of swoopo.com its a penny auction site only 8 hours left till I know lol. Anyways back to my trip home so far. I met with the vocations director of my diocese this morning to talk about some stuff that has been popping into my head which is seminary/priest hood. I went on a vocations retreat in 09 and he told me I wasn’t ready and today when we met he could sense I’m ready for it but wants me to discern it more so I will know if that is truly what will make me happiest. That is what I’m going to do discern it and pray about it more.

The reason it says couch on the title is because im going to be sleeping on the couch this weekend while i’m home. YAY for being able too… not

If you have any comment, questions or concerns let me know.

Alright so the semester started about a month ago, and it’s already feeling like it started 4 months ago because of how busy I have been this semester.  Don’t get me wrong, this semester is a lot of fun with GAB, classes, work and of course tutoring (which is free so take advantage of it!) but let me tell you, I did not think I would be this busy with everything.  I thought this semester would be more relaxed but it hasn’t been!  Anyways I just thought I should let everyone know how this semester has been.  Luckily I will be going home next weekend from Friday til Monday morning –I can’t wait for a little break to see some friends and family for a couple days.  When I ‘m home it’s going to be glorious not worrying about anything in the world except what I’m going to do with my friends. :)
